The pilot transports are accompanied by an air marshal who accompanies the fugitive to trial. As they traverse the Alaskan wilderness, tensions rise and trust is tested as not everyone on board is who they seem. Mel Gibson has directed only five feature films since his debut, The Man Without a Face, in 1993. He often takes long breaks between films; Hacksaw Ridge was released seven years ago.
